It depends on what size pie plate you have, adjust recipe accordingly.
Crust: You don’t even have to roll this out- just combine it in a bowl, and moosh it out onto the pie plate! (If you want to use the crust for quiche, don’t use as much sugar.)
1/and one-half cup flour
1/2 cup oil
2 Tbs milk
1/2-3/4 tsp salt
2-4 Tbs sugar (to taste)
Bake crust @ 450 degrees for 8-10 min. til brown, and cool on rack (prick crust before baking if you choose.) Add cleaned fresh strawberries in rows and stack upon each other to make a fat triangle– or Pyramid!!!
1 cup sugar
3 Tbs. cornstarch
2 Tbs.corn syrup
1 c. water
Stir and boil until thick and clear. Remove from heat. Stir in 2 Tbs. strawberry jello and pour over pie, then use real heavy whipping cream (whipped of course!) You can add Amaretto to cream while whipping, if you like.
