Where I Stand
I stand with what’s right
With my people and my truth.
We are not the same.
You stand against me
With the lies and deception.
You are always wrong.
Cold opposite poles
Connected by ice and sphere.
What is the distance?
Political winds
Bend our views like green branches;
Values are a myth.
One world binds us all;
We carry, pour, consume, cry
The selfsame water.
Where is my water?
My stakes are with you and yours;
I stand with us all.
Where is your water?
