Salmon Mousse Spread

8 oz smoked salmon

8 oz cream cheese

½ cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp horseradish

1 Tbsp minced dill

1 tsp ground pepper

 

Blend cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth. Add everything except salmon. Mix ingredients with fork. Add flaked smoked salmon, blend well, and refrigerate. Serve with rye bread, crackers or veggies. Enjoy!
