Pumpkin Bread

1 large can pureed pumpkin

4 eggs

1 cup vegetable oil

2/3 cup cold water

3 1/3 cup flour

1 1/2t baking soda

1 t salt

2 cups sugar

1 T cinnamon

1 T nutmeg

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two loaf pans. Mix all ingredients. Divide pumpkin mixture in two pans. Bake 1 hour.
